Anaemia needs extensive work up and history to know the exact cause. Is there any history of blood loss like blood through urine , cough , vomiting, stool or through menstruation ? Do you have any other symptoms like fever, cough, abdominal pain ? Any history of black stool? Please consult me for further management. I would recommend following tests as part of anaemia work up 1. CBC with GBP 2. Reticulocyte count 3. Iron profile 4. Urine RM 5. Stool RM occult blood, cyst parasite Contact me with report online .
