She has 5 month pragnant having a baby 20 month. first baby by cesear. her CBC report is attached. hb 10 and low platelet count.she feels too weakness and back pain.kindly sujjest for betterment of these issue. first child from operation,hence second child will also come from operation probably,need high level of hb,plz sujjest

U need to consult directly and get checked blood pressure and lft tests as platelets decreased keep repeating platelets every 2 days
