Since the last 3 days, getting low grade fever like 99.1 or 100.1, body ache in the lower part of body. Please suggest

Maintain temperature chart. If temperature is above 100degrees Fahrenheit then take tab Paracetamol 1 tab SOS. Take rest And have plenty of oral fluids or fruit juices.
