Low energy and low concentration

Why I am having low energy and knee joint paining slightly. I am having hyperthyroidism.Tsh level was 13.5 , 6 months before and now 5.8.Taking thyroxine 37.5 mg.My Vitamin D,B12 and haemoglobin levels are normal. I daily run for 10 mins.Let me know what's steps need to be taken?

First you should know that you are having hypothyroidism not hyperthyroidism In hypothyroidism generally pt feels weakness. Take Thyroxin empty stomach daily. Avoid refined carbohydrates. Take protein, iron and calcium rich diet. Daily exercise and yoga. Follow healthy lifestyle. Take fresh fruits and vegetables daily.

Instead of Running,  do Brisk walk to prevent Knee Pain. Take weekly Vit D supplements. Do yoga and Pranayam in Morning.
