Low breast milk supply

Hi, I am mother of 27days old boy. My milk is very low. Baby is on formula. I am taking galact granules and satavari. Any thing else that I can do..will pumping help? If yes please recommend some pump. Any other suggestions?

Dear Mother, If you are feeling your supply is going low...there are techniques by which supply can increase. Breastfeeding is the best for baby.

Hi. Eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of liquids/ milk. Take adequate rest . Avoid stress.
