Being asked for a bedridden 88 year old. Appearing very weak but concious and talking. BP is averaging 80/43. Is this low bp ? Could this be due to electrolyte imbalance. Any medical intervention is required.

It could be due to many conditions like electrolyte disturbances, dehydration etc. Iv fluids like RL, NS and steroids must be given Rest will be determined by further examinations and tests
