Low bp, weakness and dizziness

I am experiencing low bp dizziness shortness of breath and weakness. I think I will fall down when I stand. I have recovered from tb last year and completed the entire course of apx 8 months. Could it be due to post tb?

Kindly consult You require a repeat chest xray and sputum analysis and baseline blood counts. Dietary modifications needs to be addressed
