Low BP like 75/60

He so having low BP since 2 weeks...c reactive protein were high now taking antibiotics and came to normal.still Bp is low like 75/58 ...heart failure patient no bp What to do He is generally having below 100..but now its too low..plz suggest

His 2 D Echo must have been done and his ejection fraction must be below normal. That may be the cause of his low pressure. Failure of pumping is the causing this. You must follow the prescription of his physician meticulously.
