My son has fever 103.5 f . After giving paracetamol it does not down the temperature. After 1/2 hour I gave it mefaanorm. It down temperature and sweating too much. I feel his body temperature is very low . I measure it. It is 95.6 F. What should I do to maintain the body temperature?

Sir there are certain things which you can do 1. Give Paracetamol in dose which is appropriate for weight.If you are giving less dose temperature will not be coming down 2. Do sponging with normal water from head to toe 3-4times 3. Wait for at least 1-2 hours after giving Paracetamol.Do give MeftalP within 1/2 hour 4. If fever is not coming down in next 2hours or is happening again within 4hours give MeftalP
