My wife is having low BP(around 100/65) since morning and feeling dizzy and weak.Please help to prescribe some treatment.She is having marginal Thyroid with TSH of 4.8.

Hello, BP is norma.take nimbupani with few pinches of salt two three times.she will be ok.cont thyroxin ok.
