Can you please suggest me what to do after seeing the MRI scan  reports. It's difficult to sit long , stand long . Can't get sleep properly. It's painful

You need medicine and Posture correction and Physiotherapy Maintain spine in straight posture and Avoid forward bending and lifting weights Sleep on Hard couch and avoid pillow under head and use it under knees Physiotherapy back IFT and ULTRASONIC THERAPY
