MRI done in April 2017 Low Back Pain since 10 years MRI Report Findings Marked osteophytic changes with end plate changes seen involving lumbar vertebral bodies -Sl spondylosis Disc with annular disc at L5-S1 level causing over thecal sac and narrowing of lateral lateral recess neural foramina.Mild annular disc bulge seen at L3-4 and L4-5 level causing indentation over thecal sac.Marrow signal intensities are preserved Posterior elements and facet joints appear to be normal.Pre and Paravertebral regions are normal.Visualized spinal cord is normal in morphology and signal intensity.
