Low back acne

I'm feeling low back acne for over 8 months. I'm a software Engg. I'll be on computer work for 9 hours and on travel for 1.5 hrs. Kindly suggets

It could be a simple /mechanical back pain  because of paraspinal muscle spasm. If it radiates down the legs(sciatica) , please find a good physiotherapist near you.
