Low AMH and no bleeding

Hi , My age is 30 and AMH is 0.6. I hardly bleed for one day during periods as my endometrium does not go beyond 7mm naturally. Does this mean I am nearing menopause? I am horribly tensed due to this problem. Other hormone reports are normal.

Low AMH indicates low egg reserve. The AMH level can drop several months or years before attaining menopause. To understand if your nearing menopause, do FSH levels, preferably on day 2 of period.
