I have this back pain since 2 week but there was started pain before 6 month but it was normal...but right now I can sit properly and can't walk properly ...

Rest,Avoid sitting for long, bending, lifting weight, riding bike. Use LS belt when working. Warm compress. Physio modalities will help. If pain persist even after 2 wks you'll need to get an MRI done.
