It is possible to develop such feelings towards your therapist or psychiatrist during therapy or treatment (possibly due to transference). The vulnerabilities differs from person to person (personality and past experiences), depends on therapeutic alliance between patient and therapist, disease or disorder characteristics & treatment outcome. The good thing here is that you are aware of it, the next step is to analyze the impact, not to be impulsive with your actions, try to be more logical with your thoughts and practical with your actions and lastly If you think you are not able to get over the feelings, you should try to resolve such conflict/feeling by temporarily consulting another therapist (clinical psychologist). if it works, go back to the old therapist and if doesn't leave the old therapist altogether and seek a new therapist.
Next Steps
Consult a new therapist in an interim manner
