Hello! If your energy levels are low, you need to change your lifestyle habits ( diet, exercise and sleep patterns) . Eat 3 main meals & 2 mini meals a day. Eat at regular intervals of 3 hrs. Include whole grains, nuts, fruits and vegetables , seeds , curd , eggs etc in your diet.
Last meal should be 3 hrs before sleep time so that your sleep quality is good. 8 hrs sleep is mandatory. 30 mins of exercise at the start of the day will keep you fresh and energetic.
