Loss of lumber lordosis

Hi.. I got fractured in L 1 vertebrae about 7 months ago... I was treated conservative... In May I have did MRI and local doctor told me it has healed... But from last few days I sometimes feel weakness in legs... I am doing YOGA from last two months... Last week I did xray and found loss of lumber lordosis... Is doing YOGA bad..? I am in sales profession... Can I ride bike again? Can I play outdoor sports again?? I am bit scared... Plz help.. . I have attached MRI report and Xray report... Kindly guide me...

Share pic of x-ray and MRI . Walk daily 3-4 km  back exercises n yoga is good .

Loss of lumbar lordosis is a common observation suggestive of pain or protective response to pain. It also can be due to your continued sitting habits. You seem to be overdoing the exercises as well. The MRI is fine. Focus on your sitting habits and perform stretching exercises as well. You can ride a bike and play sports as well.

You need to share both xrays and mri films photo  . So we can see the actual compression and is there any fragment puting pressure on spinal cord side or not. Loss of lumbar lordosis. Is due to muscle spasm  . Which u need physiotherpy first . And not yoga Build u muscle strength. Let go muscle  spasm and then start yoga
