I am able to hear less with my left ear & hence, tend to speak louder at times. Also experiencing some pain since past few days. Please advise. Thanks

Ma'am need more details as this could be ear wax accumulation or something like a fungal infection ... Do u have any history of covid infection ? ... Sometimes that can also cause hearing loss ... Plz consult in detail with an ent specialist for proper medication and diagnosis

For Ear pain put Clotrin Ac ear drops 2 drops twice daily for 5 days ,U have loss of hearing for how many days ?Do u have cold symptoms consult online with detailed history for further evaluation.
