I have lost my appetite and don't feel thirsty, since past 4 days, severe back pain(whole back) , feeling feverish but no fever, I have irregular periods but I think I missed them , eyes are burning, sore throat, dizziness but I think that is cuz of my depression. What can be the cause? (Took a pregnancy test after missed period but negative)
