From 3 days I have loose stool no other symptoums also feel irritation after passing stool  please suggest some diet for this

Without a formal consultation it is hard to say but these symptoms usually are of a parasitic infestation and might I suggest trying albendazole 400 mg just once, chew it and see if you feel any better. If not, please get a formal evaluation.
