Give Nusobee casein, ORS , Syp Flagyl 5 ml 8 hourly x 5 days, Syp Oflomac forte 4 ml twice per day x 5 days, Superflora GG twice perday x 3 days

Stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding if given. Give just 2 top milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals including curd and Banana in the diet. Give ors after every loose motion if watery,add syp vizylac 5 ml twice a day for 5 days. No other medicine is required. If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or fever or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
