Dear parents, Give your kid Syp zenflox oz half teaspoon ful twice a day for 5days & rest all you are giving.

Stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding if given. Give just 2 top milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals including curd and Banana in the diet. Give ors after every loose motion if watery,add syp vizylac 5 ml twice a day for 5 days. No other medicine is required. If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or fever or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
