Loose motions after taking antibiotics

After having undergone RCT for my Jaw tooth I was suggested to use Augmentin 650 Duo, aldigesic MR and omee D. After taking first dose itself I started having severe gripping pain in stomach and continuous loose motions. I am scared to even touch the medication, can you suggest an alternative for these medicines.

At times, depending on the infection present, doctors may have to advise antibiotic and there may be no alternate options to that. Loose motion is a common adverse reaction associated with taking Augmentin. If your loose motion persist, avoid drinking tea, coffee, carbonated cold drinks and alcohol. However please make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Also having yogurt may help. And please discuss with your dentist about this problem.
