Loose stools during teething is a common misconception.Teething does not cause diarrhea. Mild drooling may slightly soften stools, but true loose stools usually indicate infection, dietary changes, or poor hygiene.Attributing diarrhea to teething can delay diagnosis and treatment of serious illnesses in children.
