Loose motion twice a day

Hi m 32 male , m suffering from loose motion from last 7 days, I took medicines for 3 days. Even I took strict diet for loose motion, I refused to take milk, daliya, outside food , alcohol , spiced dishes, den also m suffering from loose motion twice a day, I have tried curd rice n all..but no effect..kindly help

Sounds like some infection but 2-5 motions a day is normal unless it is absolute watery, smelly , sticky which would be a concern. If your problem persist you will require a gastro consult.
