Stop all other milk,, start Nusobee casein,, Superflora GG twice perday x 5 days,, Syp Rcifax 3.5 ml 8 hourly x 5 days,, Syp Flagyl 3.5 ml 8 hourly x 5 days,, Tab Zocon 50 3/4 Tab once perday x 3 days

Stop bottle feeding if given,use a katori and spoon to give top milk,give 3 each of solid meals and milk feeds including one top milk feed. Add curds and Banana in the diet,give ors after every loose motion if watery. Add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days,stop all other medicines. If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or abdominal distension or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.

As your baby is having loose motions for about 3 weeks please visit a Pediatrician
