My 3 n hlf month daughter is having loose .She is under medication from past 4 days but its not stopped & she has not lost her weight. Below is the test result of her stool. Can anyone tell me what is the medication to be given & till how many days it will continue

Stool report Shows infection..how .any motion is not mentioned ORS IS FIRST TO START. GIVE BANANA MASH. NutrolinB 1tsf once Day. If baby still purging , give furoxone 1tsf bd. For 3 days . Fill your spoon slithly less
