My 2 yr old son having loose motion from yesterday..Also from last 2 Month his stool smell a lot. Please advise.

Loose motion in this age is more of viral rather than bacterial. Give him ENTEROGERMINA 2.5 ml thrice a day for 3 days and Syp ZINCONIA 5 ml once a day for 7 days. If he didnt improve, then you must get his stool routine examination done.
