Loose motion in 20days old baby

My son is 20days old he is having watery loose motion from past 8-10days he is passing loose motion everytime he does urine. He is doing motion more that 12-15times a day.. he is also having pimple on her body and face

It is normal for babies to occasionally have semi-solid stools, so there is no need for concern. Provided the child is doing well.
