My son is 1 year 3 month and he is suffering from loose motion from last 10 days and below I m mentioning the medicines name which we are giving him regularly but there is no sign of recovery. Medicines- zinc sulphate, Giooral

Give him Liq. Enterogermina 5ml twice a day  for 2 days Keep ur child well hydrated with plenty of oral liquids including water Fruit juices and ORS if needed Keep a watch on urine output Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in stool.
