Sir/ma'am Pateint has been advised for fever medicine and has undergone blood test for CBC malaria dengue kft lft etc. Patient report will be available by tomorrow and doctor has prescribed medication for him for 5 days. He is also allergic to medicines as mentioned in picture. Kindly guide are his prescribed medicine alright considering the allergic reaction to certain medications as attached in pic?
