The good news and to answer your question, there is no possiblity of
kidney damage with antidepressants and the medicines you are currently on. So no need to worry about kidney damage
The bad news is you are on a combination drug( depran l), which has another anti anxiety medication called Clonazepam added to the antidepressant - molecule. Clonazepam can be addictive, so the effects you are having on stopping the drug is probably because of it. But the good thing again is you are most probably not on a high dose of it, so it can be easily tapered off, keeping the antidepressant intact.
And lastly, we need to look at possible psychotherapies for you, to eventually entertain the possibility of stopping your medications.
