Long term heel pain / plantar fasciitis

How do I know a doctor or physiotherapist has successfully cured patients with long term heel pain/ plantar fasciitis and hip pain? Too many orthopaedics or Physio's with ineffective or vague advice regarding this problem.

Only physiotherapy is of no use in any orthopedic complaint. It should be supplementary with medicines. What Physiotherapy is to be done should be suggested by a specialist but now a days people skip the 1st step and straight away take treatments from physio which aggravates their pain and later they turn up to ortho. I myself receive atleast 70 percent patients like this.
Next Steps
please consult a specialist before doing any physio
