Ive had bad back pain for years now i have mild curve in my spine and winged scapula ive reasintly fell on ice and hurt my back bad but the pain in my lower back that was allways bad is worse now its been 5 days since the fall aand even with my meds it still hurts not like day 1 but even medicated i can still feel it om on my feet about 11 to 14 hrs a day in hot stressfull confusions and am wondering if theres any way to get rid of this back pain ive had for about 6 years now im scared that th
