My eye sight is +7 how do I get cured or maintained...can I get laser treatment. precautions should I take now...

Hello I would not recommend lasik for this power I am sorry but there is no medicine or diet to get rid of glasses

There is no medical treatment or exercise. You can get the lasik done but the outcome will depend on the corneal topography. It's likely that  there may be some residual numbers after lasik.
