My brother 62 years old had an open heart surgery a month ago and now he has pneumonia for the past 2 weeks Was admitted to the hospital ICU because breathing problem They performed an ECG on him and found that his heart function is down to 24%. Can we take a flight to USA 11hours) to take care of this problem
