Please share the written liver function values (bilirubin, AST/ALT, ALP/GGT) and ultrasound impression; the attached photos are not clear enough to interpret safely. Fatty liver is usually confirmed on ultrasound, and liver enzymes alone cannot establish the diagnosis. Avoid alcohol, sugary drinks and unnecessary medicines, and work on regular exercise and weight control.
