Yesterday i had liver test in which sgpt is 36 and total bilrubin is 1.26 today i tested in another lab in whichbsgpt is 285 and bilrubin is 1.1 now i want to reduce it

In one day sgpt levels do not raise to such level . Maybe the labs in which you did must have been some error. Other than that your bilirubin level seems within ok range. Please kindly confirm if the bilirubin level you mentioned is conjugated or unconjugated and what is the total bilirubin.
Other than that do u have yellowish discolouration of eyes or skin(most unlikely) at your stage.
Do not worry .
