Hi, My mother is having problem of Vomiting for last 7-8 days. A doctor on Practo asked to go for a LFT where following enzymes were deranged : SGOT- Aspartate Transaminase (AST) - 35 U/L SGPT- Alanine Transaminase (ALT) - 50 U/L Alkaline Phosphatase - 126 U/L Here I also wish to mention that my mother's side family has a history of Cancer. My maternal grand mother had Breast cancer and later stomach cancer. That's why I am a bit worried. Can you please suggest?

Good morning LFT can be deranged in many conditions like drug related, history of hepatitis etc. Meet physician preferably female so as to examine for breast cancer, ca cervix (being family history) Better get usg abdomen
