You should do USG abdomen and rule out other com morbidity by doing fbs, Hba1c and S. Lipid profile test.

Your liver enzymes are slightly higher than normal. When ALT AST and APT are increased ,liver is the source , However your enzymes are not more than 1 half times the normal ,you should not worry about it.Perhaps fatty liver could be the cause , for which you can get an ultrasound abdomen done You can repeat the liver function tests and lipid profile after 3 months
