Inflamed appendix and liver is mildly enlarged. No pain in abdomin. This has been noticed under regular regular health checkup where my bilirubin reading were 2.16 against normal range of 0.3-1.2.

The scan report of inflammed appendix & no history of abdominal pain don't correlate clinically. Mild enlargement of liver can be because of fatty liver or steatohepatitis as bilirubin is slightly elevated But I have to go through the full scan report, complete Liver function test, know your current BMI & whether you consume alcohol to accurately comment about the liver.
Next Steps
Consult a Surgical Gastroenterologist for further evaluation & management.

Two things. 1) Inflamed appendix is indeed indication for evaluation and surgery. Recently i operated a young lady with no complaints but Inflamed appendix. 2) Elevated bilirubin levels are ringing bell for need of further evaluation.
Next Steps
better consult a surgeon for further evaluation.
