Problem is in right hand fingers only ? Any swelling in finger joints ? Pain in mornings? Any sensation of tingling /numbness in fingers ? Since how long is the problem ? Does the pain go after you stop driving ?

It seems some radiculopathic pain if there is no history of recent trauma . Kindly visit a orthopedician in person
