Why my lips are getting like this when I apply water on it otherwise it keeps tight and dry .attaching the image . Pls suggest some home remedies and what to do

Dry lips can have many causes. Vitamin deficiency can b one of the reasons in addition to lack of hydration. Check ur Vitamin levels and hydrate well. Medication is available for the same depending on the cause. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
