My lips have many blacks spots but I don't know why it came and I don't even smoke and drink but I got the lips darken why is it like this

Dark  black spot on lip are caused by angiokeratoma of Fordyce. These spot are typically harmless.

mix some water with the baking soda to form a paste  2 apply this paste on your lip and scrub 3 lip balm or olive oil use on lip

It can be due pigmentation due to sun exposure. Use a moisturising lip balm with spf for sun protection
