Hi, I would suggest you to visit a specialist “orthodontist” first, so that he/she can clinically examine you and then determine complexity and the approximate duration required for your treatment. Aligners are better in a way, since they are removable at will by the patients and they don’t need to be on dietary restrictions but the same could be a disadvantage too especially if the patient don’t wear sufficiently for the teeth movement to occur. Whereas lingual braces is a specialization in itself, you need to look out for an orthodontist who does lingual braces.
