Linea alba is a matter of concern in 2 situations 1. If u have cheek biting problem in the back part of cheek due to wisdom teeth. 2. If u have sharp tooth margins which are hurting the cheek. Otherwise linea alba is a normal finding.
Next Steps
check out if you have any of the two reasons.

Linea alba is not a problem. It is just a mark on cheek at the level of teeth/occlusion.
Next Steps
The only thing you can do about it is not to worry.

Linea alba is also due to grinding of the teeth in the night or sometimes during the day. Kindly observe and see if this is happening. If yes try using a Night Guard. Linea alba is also a normal Variant present in many individuals so you need not to worry about it.
Next Steps
Kindly Check for grinding
