What is mean by likely infective(tuburcular) in CT but my smear test is negative what actually is the problem I have no cough no fever

Sometimes sputum might not be positive due to less quantity or saliva or less bacilli in that sample. Consult Pulmonologist. U might need a Bronchoscopy

CECT chest findings are suggestive of some infection which could be tuberculosis. You need to consult a pulmonologist asap

Hi noted above history and related concerns As you stated above symptoms are related to chronic bronchitis infection and sputum AFB can be negative But Airways tendency is bound to avoid recurring problems Needs evaluation and symptoms analysis regarding this
