For the past one month my body reacts really strange. Am having lightheadness or drowsiness or either feel like sleeping , breast tenderness and uterus cramps like pms but not in PMS cycle and my stomach muscles also feel tender and left side of my head feels heavy sometimes .please let me know why am I getting symptoms like this . Not pregnant got my periods 5 days back . Is this hormonal imbalance . Am unable to focus on my work
