Lighter periods

So am 18 , recently joined college and my eating schedule is bit disturbed and my periods are unusually lighter than usual , last month it was almost normal but this month is light , i did had a normal 1st day flow n all but 2nd day it very light usually i used to get this kind on my third day .. am scared

Don't be scared......changes in life can bring some stress alongwith. Eat healthy, exercise regularly,.do meditation. Take multivitamin supplement. And get ur Hb , TSH, VIT D3 levels checked
