Hi, I am having constant light headedness for past couple of days. I checked my blood sugar. It was 88, 2 hrs after breakfast. Is this light headedness normal? How can I control and minimize it?

Light headedness have several pathologies. It needs a complete history to come to a conclusion. Do a blood pressure/blood sugar check up in the clinic if both are normal. Can you see better? If yes you may have inner ear pathology called vertigo.
